Outpatient service is an internally managed service section. All doctors working in these clinics are Senior Specialists in Diabetes and leading Endocrinologists from BCDH and Beijing , such as Professor Xiang Hongding, Professor Qiu Wensheng, and Professor Li Shiming, Cardiologist Professor Tang Qianyi and Nephrologist Professor Liu Wenhu. Nurses working in this clinic can speak English.

The inpatient service is also an internally managed service section. The Medical staff in this department are senior and junior specialists as well as senior technologists. The ward has rooms with one or two beds as well as suites. An electric bed, color TV, refrigerator, a set of sofas and a wardrobe with a suction pump, patient monitor, blood glucose monitor, defibrillator, continuous blood glucose monitoring system, transfusion pump and a ECG machine are all available in each room for convenient treatment, resuscitation and comfortable living while an impatient at BCDH.
The nurses working in this service play important part in patient care. They are responsible for helping patients release stress and make as much of a relaxed and friendly environment for patients as they can. In this section, each patient is assigned a nurse to accompany him/her when they need to go to other departments for tests or consultation. The guiding principle of this department is ¡°The satisfaction of the Patient is our greatest reward.¡±
